Tracy Barber

Office Manager

Tracy has over 25 years’ experience of working in the retail property environment, starting at Montagu Evans in 2000 where she spent a year and a half supporting the Retail and Investment Team, subsequently moving to Lunson Mitchenall in August 2002 where she supported a retail team of 9 including the MD, Chairman and Finance Director. Tracy joined Time Retail Partners in October 2015 as Office Manager supporting the Partners and Retail Team, and is responsible for the efficient day to day running of the London office, supporting the Retail, Investment and Executive Teams. From Kent, Tracy lives in Sevenoaks with her Pro Golfer husband, son and daughter – who are being trained to be future Golf Champions as we speak!

Tony Carroll

Director

Tony brings over 15 years of expertise in the commercial property sector, specializing in retail, leisure, and F&B. Before joining Time Retail Partners, he was a Senior Director at CBRE, advising major clients like Hermes, British Land, Landsec, Grosvenor, and The Crown Estate. At CBRE, Tony worked on flagship assets, including Meadowhall, Centre MK, , Merry Hill, and Liverpool One, providing development, refurbishment, leasing, and asset management advice. Notably, he contributed to the delivery of Westfield Bradford and Westgate Oxford and consulted on the proposed redevelopment of Croydon. Since joining Time Retail, Tony has driven value across assets like Metrocentre and Merry Hill while advising on Brookfield Riverside’s mixed-use scheme, focusing on elevating the retail, leisure, and F&B mix.

Matt Cassell

Director

Matt Cassell is one of the most experienced leasing agents in the retail market, with over 22 years in the industry. He has advised shopping centre owners and investors on redevelopment, extensions, asset management, and leasing strategies for prominent UK assets such as Bluewater, Cribbs Causeway, centre Milton Keynes, Cabot Circus, and Buchanan Galleries. Matt has also worked with leading retailers, including Urban Outfitters on their European expansion, as well as Vidal Sassoon, Dixons, and Elle. Previously, Matt was Head of Shopping Centre Leasing at CBRE London, where he led the leasing of Westfield Derby, achieving a 98% occupancy at opening. He also played a key role in advising on the regeneration of Croydon Town Centre for Westfield and Hammerson.

Lucy Clarke

Office Manager

Lucy brings over 13 years of experience as a PA in the retail property sector. She began her career at CBRE in 2010, supporting the Central London Agency team for three years before joining the Lease Advisory team at Lunson Mitchenall. In 2016, Lucy moved to MMX Retail, where she took on a dual role as PA and Office Administrator. Lucy joined Time Retail Partners in September 2017 as Office Manager. She works alongside Tracy to manage the day-to-day operations of the London office while providing dedicated support to the Retail Team.

Alice Deadman

Director

Alice brings a wealth of expertise in retail and real estate, with a focus on delivering strategic leasing and tenant mix solutions. She currently advises on prominent UK shopping destinations, including centre:mk, Harlequin Watford, Queensgate Peterborough and Westgate Oxford. Alice specialises in leasing for retail and F&B clients, offering actionable strategies to enhance commercial performance. She has also supported occupiers, such as Honey Birdette and Ole & Steen, in their search for prime London locations. With experience collaborating with major clients like Hammerson, Lendlease, M&G, and Landsec, Alice delivers tailored advice to maximise value. Her dynamic approach ensures she stays ahead of market trends, contributing to innovative outcomes for landlords and retailers alike.

Lucy McGowan-Scanlon

Associate Director

Lucy joined Time Retail Partners in 2024, bringing a strong background in retail and commercial property leasing. She began her career with Arcadia and Debenhams, gaining first-hand experience in the evolving retail landscape before transitioning into commercial leasing, focusing on repurposing vacant spaces and strategic planning.

At JLL, Lucy held a hybrid role across the London and National Shopping Centre team, advising clients including TFL, Hammerson, Global Mutual, Sovereign Centros, and Westfield. She also supported the acquisition strategy for Knoops.

Passionate about industry engagement, Lucy joined the Revo Hub Committee to support professionals entering the sector. She brings valuable insight from working across global retail teams, contributing to ESG, sustainability, and market data analysis.

Rob Wingrave

CEO

Rob is a highly respected figure in the retail property industry, with extensive experience advising leading UK property companies, institutions, and top UK retailers. Over his career, he has worked on more than 45 shopping centres, taking on roles in development, leasing, and asset management for major landlords such as Intu, Landsec, Hammerson, Westfield, M&G, and Lendlease.

Rob’s deep understanding of the retail industry is strengthened by his long-standing relationships with retailers, including JD Sports, River Island, Next, Debenhams, Monsoon, Mango, M&S, and Ted Baker. He also chairs and runs TRP’s international network, TIRCA, which supports retailers entering the UK or expanding into international markets.

On the investment side, Rob has played a key role in notable acquisitions, such as The Metrocentre in 1995 and, more recently, Silverburn for Eurofund and Henderson Park.

Nick Gardner

Director

Nick has over 20 years of experience in the shopping centre sector, building on a diverse early career in asset management, retail leasing, and lease consultancy. Before joining Time Retail Partners, Nick led CBRE’s Shopping Centre Team, advising major clients such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Landsec, Hammerson, and British Land. He has a proven track record of delivering successful lease consultancy strategies by leveraging his deep sector knowledge and hands-on experience. Nick focuses on achieving outstanding results, even in challenging market conditions, by addressing lease and rental structures with a practical, commercially driven approach. Nick also has extensive expertise in department and variety store sectors, advising institutional landlords on re-purposing and re-letting these spaces—critical skills in today’s evolving retail landscape.

James Hessey

Director

James joined Time Retail Partners’ Investment team in September 2021. A chartered surveyor, he brings extensive expertise, having begun his career at DTZ in 2003, specializing in shopping centre investment on buy-side and sell-side mandates for a variety of clients. In 2010, James transitioned to RBS, working across Real Estate Finance, Restructuring, and Capital Resolution. He gained deep financial experience managing diverse portfolios, including shopping centres, care homes, and listed companies. Later, as Operations Director at Shieldpay, he contributed to developing its Third-Party-Managed Account and Corporate Escrow services.

Rob Jones

Director

Rob began his career at multi-disciplinary firm Brasier Freeth where he spent 10 years in the retail agency team working with a mix of national occupiers and landlords. He then moved to CBRE working in the Shopping Centre Development & Leasing team, providing leasing advice to landlord clients such as Landsec, Intu, Hermes, Legal & General and Schroders. At Time Retail Partners Rob splits his time between providing strategic Retail, Leisure & F&B leasing advice to Landlord clients, with a particular focus on London projects. Rob has a key role in the Occupier Representation side of the business, advising the likes of Clintons, Chicken Shop, Russell & Bromley, Beauty Base and others; also providing occupational support to the investment team.

Jon Lees

Director

Jon is a highly regarded lease consultancy specialist, advising leading institutional landlords on retail assets across the UK. After qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor at Colliers CRE in Leeds, Jon spent eight years at Cushman & Wakefield in London and ten years as a Senior Director in CBRE’s shopping centre lease consultancy team. Jon has worked on major UK assets, including Westfield London, Cribbs Causeway, The Trafford Centre, and Canary Wharf, as well as Bluewater, Centre MK , Merry Hill, and Highcross. With expertise in dispute resolution, Jon is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), bringing in-depth knowledge to his work.

Jack Mackinnon

Director

Jack began his career at Moss, managing its store portfolio, which included Hugo Boss UK. This role provided valuable insight into retail operations and fostered his passion for the industry. Since then, Jack has worked with a mix of retailers and landlords. His current clients include Aesop, Landsec, Manchester Arndale/New Cathedral Street, Silverburn, and Metrocentre. Jack is also a key contributor to Time Retail Partners’ sustainability initiatives, playing a leading role in achieving B Corp status in 2024.

Annabel Magnay

Associate Director

Annabel joined Time Retail Partners in 2023, bringing seven years of experience in commercial property with a focus on retail, leisure, and F&B. A chartered surveyor, she began her career at a West End firm specialising in F&B disposals and acquisitions before moving to a City-based company. There, she worked on key schemes such as Wembley Park for Quintain, International Quarter London, and Elephant Park for Lendlease, as well as projects for Revantage, Cain Hoy, and others. At Time Retail Partners, Annabel advises landlords on enhancing tenant mixes and driving asset value for prominent UK shopping centres. Her clients include M&G, Landsec, Global Mutual, Railpen, and Ellandi.

Ross McMonagle

Director

Ross began his property career in 2007 after completing his degree at GMIT, Galway. Starting in Lambert Smith Hampton’s retail agency team, he spent six months with their Corporate Services team, managing the Nationwide Building Society portfolio across the UK. In 2013, he joined Lunson Mitchenall, working alongside Rob Wingrave and gaining extensive experience advising retailers like Monsoon Accessorize, Barker Shoes, Sheridan, and Kiko. Now with Time Retail, Ross advises landlord clients, including Landsec on Leeds Trinity and White Rose, and Belfast Properties on Frenchgate in Doncaster. He also supports UK retailer expansions, working with Metrobank, Pret, Religion, and Barker Shoes, while advising H&M and Barker Shoes in Ireland.

Antony Nickalls

Director

Antony joined Time Retail Partners in July 2020, bringing 23 years of investment transaction expertise, including 17 years specialising in retail investment. Previously, he led the In-Town Retail Investment Team at Strutt & Parker, continuing in this role after its acquisition by BNP Paribas in 2017. Antony focuses on leveraging occupational knowledge to guide investors in making informed decisions. He has extensive experience in buy-side and sell-side mandates, transacting over £2 billion across high streets, retail parks, supermarkets, shopping centres, and portfolio deals. Antony is passionate about retail’s evolution and its response to external influences, especially as occupier demand grows.

Ollie O’Reilly

Associate Director

Ollie holds a Politics degree from Swansea University and a Real Estate Master’s from the University of Reading. He began his career at Stephen Kane & Company, specializing in tenant representation, before spending two years at Colliers working across shopping centre and high street leasing, advising retailers on their expansion plans. Ollie has worked with brands like Pandora, Sunglass Hut, Greggs, and Vodafone, as well as landlords including Landsec, Abrdn, and Canada Life. At Time Retail Partners, his focus is on shopping centre and outlet leasing, managing major schemes such as Bluewater, Cardiff St Davids, Leeds Trinity, Metrocentre, Gunwharf Quays, and Cribbs Causeway. His tenant representation background provides valuable insight into leasing strategies for clients like Landsec, M&G, and Railpen.

David O’Shea

Director

David joined Time Retail Partners in 2015 and has over a decade of experience in shopping centre leasing. Starting his career in Glasgow with King Sturge (now JLL) and Culverwell, he later joined CBRE’s London shopping centre leasing team in 2011. David specialises in delivering value-enhancing leasing strategies for landlords, working on high-profile centres such as Westfield Stratford City, Bluewater, Cribbs Causeway, and Manchester Arndale. David has also contributed to major leasing developments, including Westfield Bradford and the Lexicon Bracknell. David’s landlord clients include Landsec, M&G, Global Mutual, and Railpen. Additionally, he advises retailers on acquisitions and disposals, including Delpozo’s London flagship store

Peter Wrigley

Consultant

Peter joined Time Retail Partners as Consultant and founded our Lease Advisory department in 2020. With close to 30 years of experience in the shopping centre sector Peter specialises in rent reviews, lease expiries, and regear programmes for major shopping centres. His expertise includes providing strategic advice on lease structures and rental options in support of leasing strategies. Peter’s earlier career included roles in general retail advisory for both occupiers and landlords before focusing on shopping centres. He spent six years at Donaldsons and 16 years at Dalgleish/CBRE, working on high-profile assets such as Bluewater, Brent Cross, Lakeside, Liverpool ONE, and Merry Hill. Peter is a member of the RICS panel of Independent Experts and holds a Diploma in Arbitration.

Octavia Wyatt

Graduate

Octavia joined Time Retail Partners in December 2024 as a graduate surveyor. She holds a Geography MA from the University of Edinburgh (2023) and is currently pursuing a Real Estate Master’s at the University of Westminster while working towards her APC. During her year of industry experience at GCW, Octavia gained valuable insight across Tenant Representation, Investment, and Landlord Leasing teams. This experience equipped her with a solid understanding of market complexities, asset value optimisation in challenging conditions, and post-COVID occupier needs. She has advised new market entry brands like Pureseoul and Oakberry on their UK acquisitions, bringing a strong knowledge of emerging brands to benefit Landlord clients. At Time Retail, Octavia is working with Landsec and Get Living on landlord mandates, including The Elephant, a dynamic mixed-use development, while also supporting the tenant representation and investment teams.
